Key Construction Technologies for Arch-box Structure of Cut and Cover Tunnel

摘要 为解决隧道与既有道路的立体衔接问题,结合厦门市机场路(仙岳路—演武大桥段)第JC3合同段采用的拱箱复合结构明挖暗埋隧道,对大型拱箱复合结构施工的重难点进行分析,探讨安全优质、高效组织地下拱箱复合结构隧道施工的关键技术。主要结论如下:1)采用拱箱复合结构明挖暗埋隧道,解决了厦门市成功大道梧村山隧道进口段在周边环境复杂、场地狭小条件下隧道与既有道路的立体衔接问题;2)研制出的大跨度拱结构衬砌模板台车,较通常的万能杆件组合模板衬砌方法大幅提高了衬砌施工质量和工效;3)拱圈混凝土浇筑采用联拱对称、分层分段的施工方法,有效地避免了施工冷缝。 Arch-box structure is adopted for the cut and cover tunnel of JC3 bid section of Jichang Road in Xiamen so as to achieve smooth connection between the tunnel and the existing roads. The difficulties in the construction of the arch-box structure of the cut and cover tunnel are analyzed and the key construction technologies therein are discussed. Con- clusions drawn are as follows: 1 ) The arch-box structure adopted for the cut and cover tunnel ensures the smooth con- nection between the tunnel and the existing roads under the complex site conditions; 2) Large-span arch-shaped lining formwork trolleys are developed and applied, which improves the quality and working efficiency of the tunnel lining ; 3) The concrete for the arch of the tunnel is cast symmetrically and layer by layer, which efficiently avoids cold joints.
