摘要
采用GAP单元法建立了三维弹性接触问题的求解模型 ,并对I DEAS软件中缝单元进行二次开发用以求解接触问题 .最后进行仿真计算 ,得到了轴流式转轮体、轴瓦与叶片枢轴组合体的接触应力及其分布 ,所得结果正确 。
The solution model of three dimensional elastic contact problem is established by using GAP element method in this paper. GAP element in the I DEAS software makes the second development to solve the contact problem. The contact stress and its distribution of the axial runner hub,bearing pad and blade shank are obtained. Simulated results are accurate. The effective method is provided to deal with the elastic contact problem.
