摘要
针对选矿厂钼精矿脱水和冶炼厂焙烧预处理工艺存在的问题,进行了微波干燥钼精矿探索试验、拉罗克斯压滤机和电磁螺旋干燥机工业试验及钼精矿脱水工艺改造方案和多膛炉预处理工艺研究设计,并进行了工业应用。研究从公司产业链全局出发,系统考虑了选矿厂干燥与焙烧预处理之间的工艺衔接,既避免了钼精矿重复干燥,又满足了多膛炉工艺要求,实现了节能降耗和清洁生产,公司年节约生产成本千余万元,社会效益显著。
Based on the process problems of de-watering and dry existed in the concentrator and smelter, the microwave drying test and industrial testes by using LAROX filter press and electromagnetic spiral dryer were conducted, as well as the modification of dewatering process of molybdenum concentrate and the study of muhi-chamber furnace were carried out and was applied into the practice. The research starting from the overall situation of the company's chain, the process connection of the drying operation and the pre-treatment of roasting was taken into consideration, it was not only avoid repetitive drying operation, but also matched the process requirement of multi-chamber furnace, and both the energy-saving and cleaner production were achieved, more than ten million yuan was saved annually with a significant social benefits.
