肱骨远端骨折手术治疗进展 被引量：26

摘要 肱骨远端骨折由于其解剖位置的特殊性和损伤的复杂性使其治疗相对困难，尤其涉及到双柱的粉碎性骨折。双钢板双柱固定、解剖复位、早期功能锻炼是术后功能恢复的保障。手术入路目前主要有尺骨鹰嘴V形截骨入路、肱三头肌劈开入路和肱三头肌两侧人路。重度粉碎性骨折可移除少量碎骨片将肱骨轻度缩短重塑滑车和鹰嘴窝。对老年重度骨质疏松、无法复位、固定不稳定者，肘关节置换为理想的疗法。现对肱骨远端骨折内固定方法予以综述。
