摘要
目的了解大学生患病后的焦虑水平及心理需求特点,更好地构建和谐的医患关系。方法采用自编问卷及焦虑自评量表(SAS),随机抽取校医院门诊治疗学生197人作为患病学生组,同时随机抽取健康学生200人作为对照组,对2组学生进行问卷调查及对照研究。结果患病学生的焦虑评分为(37.59±7.83),明显高于健康对照组(32.31±6.81),差异有统计学意义(t=7.81,p<0.01)。与对照组比较,患病学生对得到医务人员的关心、与医务人员就自己的病情和治疗进行的沟通等方面有更高的心理需求,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论患病大学生有较高的焦虑水平和多方面的心理需求,在日常工作中多与患病大学生进行沟通,必要时对其进行心理干预,对增进医患关系、促进大学生的身心健康有重要意义。
Objective To have knowledge about the characters of anxiety level and psychological demands in university students after they got sick so as to achieve harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Method 197 students treated in the outpatient of our university hospital were randomly selected as the group with sick students,and 200healthy students were randomly selected as the control group,and a survey and contrast study was conducted on students in the two groups using Self-developed Questionnaire and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results Anxiety score for sick students was(37.59±7.83),which was significantly higher than healthy students in the control group(32.31±6.81),and the differences were statistically significant (t=7.81,p0.01).Compared with the control group,sick students had more psychological demands in getting care from medical staff and communication on the condition and treatment therewith,and the differences were statistically significant(p0.05).Conclusion Anxiety level of sick students is relatively high and they have various psychological demands,thus communicating with sick students in daily work and conducting psychological intervention when necessary is of significant meaning to enhance the doctor-patient relationship and promote their physical and mental health.
