摘要
目的研究不同玻璃取代率下玻璃混凝土长柱的变形能力和承载能力.方法采用人工破碎的废弃玻璃作为混凝土的细骨料,参照普通混凝土的配合比设计方法,按照取代率为0、50%、100%加入混凝土中.试验中共制作了8根混凝土试件,在5 000 kN液压试验机上进行加载,直至试件破坏.结果玻璃混凝土长柱的受压破坏机理与普通混凝土长柱相似,在受力过程中玻璃混凝土长柱正截面应变变化符合平截面假定,而且沿柱高方向的侧向变形符合正弦半波曲线.玻璃取代率对玻璃混凝土长柱承载力的影响并非直线关系,玻璃取代率100%的混凝土长柱承载力最高,玻璃取代率50%的混凝土长柱承载力比普通混凝土长柱承载力低.结论按现行混凝土结构规范对玻璃混凝土长柱进行偏心受压正截面承载力计算是可行的.
This paper studies deformation capability and load carrying capacity of glass reinforced concrete long column under different substitution rate along the column direction lateral deformation. Methods use ar- tificial broken waste glass as fine aggregate for concrete according to the ordinary concrete ,mix design meth- od, in accordance with the substitution rate for 0,50%, 100% into concrete. This experiment produces 8 con- crete specimens,in 5 000 kN hydraulic testing machine for loading, until the specimen break. Compression mechanism of glass concrete long columns and ordinary concrete long column is similar, in the process of force glass concrete column cross section strain changes consistent with the assumption of plane cross sec- tion, and with half sine wave curve along the column direction lateral deformation. Substitution rate on the concrete long column bearing capacity influence is not linear relationship, glass substitution rate with 100% concrete long column bearing capacity reaches maximum, glass substitution rate of 50% concrete long col- umn beating capacity is lower than ordinary concrete long column. According to the current code for design of concrete structures on the glass concrete long column subjected to eccentric compression bearing capacity of normal cross section calculation is feasible.
