摘要
目的通过实施目标管理,提高科研管理人员对临床护理科研的指导能力,规范科研管理流程,促进护理人员科研意识及能力的提高,以更好地服务于临床。方法护理部、护理科研小组组长、组员及护士长制定年度工作目标,按计划实施1年,与上一年对比科研活动成果(科研立项、论文、新技术、科研知识掌握情况)。结果科研立项、论文、新技术数量均较上一年多,论文质量也有提高,在核心护理期刊发表护理论文1篇。结论目标管理法能促进护理科研活动更好地开展,提高护理人员的科研能力,使科研管理更系统化。
Objective Through the implementation of management by objective, it can improve guidance capabilities in nursing scientific research and regulate the management of scientific research processes for the research management personnel, and promote the improvement of scientific research consciousness of nursing staff and in order to better serve the clinical.Methods Department of nursing,nursing research team leaders,team members and head nurse formulated annual work targets, implemented as planned,with comparative results of research activities of the previous year （research project, thesis, new technologies and scientific knowledge）.Results Items, paper, number of new technologies are more than previous year, paper quality is also improving. Conclusion Management by objective can promote nursing research activities, improve nurses＇ ability of scientific research, systematize management of scientific research.
