摘要
目的探讨下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的预防性护理措施。方法对我院骨科119例下肢骨折术后患者进行早期知识指导,同时给予术前、术后相应预防性护理措施。结果 119例下肢骨折患者1例有下肢深静脉血栓形成,1例出现肺栓塞早期症状,均明确诊断后给予及时治疗,其余患者病情转归良好。结论对下肢骨折术后患者进行早期有效的预防性护理,可降低下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的发生,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the preventive nursing measures of lower limb deep venous thrombosis afte operation of fracture. Methods Total 119 patients with lower limb fracture postoperation were selected in auhtor＇s hospital, who accepted an early knowledge of the guide, and corresponding preventive nursing measures were also given at preoperative and postoperative at the same time. Results All of 119 patients with lower limb fracture showed a good prognosis except for one case of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and one case of early pulmonary embolism symptoms. At the same time, the two cases were also given a timely treatment after definite diagnosis. Conclusions Early effective preventive cares can reduce the rate of lower limb deep venous thrombosis postoperation fracture for patients with lower limb fracture, and promote their rehabilitation.
