摘要
以花椰菜(Brassica oleracea var.botrytis)废弃茎叶为原料,通过凋萎处理和添加青黄贮酶、乳酸菌粉青贮添加剂,探讨花椰菜茎叶的可青贮性。结果表明:未经处理的花椰菜茎叶(含水量89%)发酵后,感官评分为2级(尚可),发酵弗氏评分仅为10(不合格),其营养品质、发酵品质均低于萎蔫后青贮饲料,说明其并不适宜直接青贮发酵;而萎蔫处理后的原料(含水量75%、55%)在青贮发酵后,感官评分为1级(优良),发酵弗氏评分分别为64、61(良好),营养及发酵品质好,适宜青贮发酵。
This experiment takes the stems and leaves of cauliflower as raw materials to study the silage quality by wilting processing and adding the silage enzymes and Lactobacillus powder as silage additives.The results showed that the fermentation of the untreated cauliflower stems and leaves(89% water content) have lower sensory score(the second level,can)and fermentation freund score(only 10,failed).Their nutritional quality and silage fermentation quality are lower than that of the wilting processing,so they are not appropriate for direct fermentation.The fermentation of silages(75%,55%) through the wilting processing have a better sensory score(the frist level,good)and fermentation freund score(64,61 good),so they are more appropriate for silage fermentation.
