特高压GIS变电站VFTO对二次电缆骚扰电压的实测与仿真 被引量:63

Measurement and Simulation of Disturbance Voltage Generated by VFTO in UHV GIS Substation on the Secondary Cables

摘要 GIS隔离开关操作时,由于开关触头间的电弧击穿与重燃,会形成特快速暂态过电压(very fast transientover-voltage,VFTO)。VFTO具有电压幅值高、上升时间短及频带范围宽等特征,其产生的瞬态电磁场能通过空间或传导的方式耦合至二次电缆上。研制了能够适应强电磁环境应用的骚扰电压测量系统,在特高压GIS真型试验平台上开展了特高压VFTO对二次电缆骚扰电压的实测工作,并对测试结果进行了时域和频域分析;结合多导体传输线法与场线耦合理论,建立了外界电磁场对二次电缆骚扰的耦合模型,并进行了建模仿真。研究结果表明:当二次电缆的屏蔽层双端接地或在控制室单端接地时,二次电缆对由VFTO产生的电磁骚扰具有明显的抑制作用。实测与仿真研究结果可为特高压变电站内二次系统的抗电磁骚扰设计提供参考。 When GIS disconnect switcher is operated, the electric arc breakdown and reigniting between switchgear contacts will produce very fast transient over-voltage (VFTO). VFTO is characterized by high peak value, short rise time and wide frequency range. The transient electromagnetic field that generated by VFTO would coupling on the secondary cable through space or conducting, a dedicated measurement system that suit for strong electromagnetic environment was developed, and the system could be used to measure the induced voltage on secondary cable caused by VFTO on the UHV GIS apparatus, then the induced voltage in time domain and frequency domain was analyzed. The frequency domain model of the shielded cable that combined transmission line method with field-to-line theory was established. The study result shows that in the condition of both grounded at the two ends or grounded at the control room side, the disturbance voltage on the secondary cable is significantly inhibited. The measurement and simulation results could be the reference for the research on the secondary system in UHV GIS substation.
