摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,战略创新成为近年来企业战略管理领域的研究热点之一,也是企业在当前动态、复杂和不确定环境下求生求胜的应变策略之一。本文旨在以苏宁电器为案例研究对象,从能力素质的视角系统地分析区域内战略创新的机理。区域内战略创新能力——管理者的能力素质,可以帮助企业借助推动力,克服阻力,进行区域内战略创新。在不同程度的推动力和阻力作用以及是否具备区域内战略创新能力的条件下分析企业进行区域内战略创新情况。
With the acceleration of global economic integration, strategic innovation has become one of the hotspots of the research field in recent years. It has also become one of the contingency strategies for enterprises to survive in the current dynamic, complex and uncertain environment.The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the competency-based mechanism of intra-regional strategic innovation by taking Suning Appliance Co., Ltd. as a case study. The ability of intra-regional strategic innovation-the competency of the managers-can help enterprises draw support from the driving force, overcome the resistance, so that the enterprises can implement the strategic innovation. Circumstances of intra-regional strategic innovation is analyzed under the condition of different degrees of impetus and resistance as well as whether enterprises have the ability of intra-regional strategic innovation or not.
