摘要
培养新型职业农民是2012年美国农业法草案制定中的重要议题。美国将更加明确地通过能力提升、参与农业农村发展及补贴和信贷政策培养新型职业农民,巩固和扩大美国农业的优势地位。我国为了培养新型职业农民,可借鉴美国做法,加强农民教育培训,改善农村生产生活条件,鼓励农村年轻人积极参与新农村建设和现代农业发展,同时国家惠农强农富农政策应向新型职业农民倾斜。
To support and develop the new generations of professional farmers is one of important proposed issues for New Drafted American Farm Bill in 2012.After studying American relative development policies,it can be drawn that the adjustment in the Farm Bill is to sustain and expand American agriculture dominant position in the world,which has extensive social and economic pursuits.It is a top priority for China to enhance the development of new professional farmers.American policies have practical implications for China.
