摘要 回顾我院收治的单纯腹部外伤急诊手术240例患者的临床资料,探讨早期护理干预对预防单纯腹部外伤术后急性肾功能衰竭的作用。术前做好病情观察,积极做好必要的手术准备。术后重点对腹腔感染和腹内高压进行护理干预,并做好心理护理,对预防单纯腹部外伤术后急性肾功能衰竭的发生、促进患者康复至关重要。
