摘要
从山西几个主要玉米产区(运城地区、忻州地区、晋东南地区)采集玉米大斑病标样,经玉米大斑病菌生理小种鉴别寄主进行鉴定,分别为n、0、123n 3个玉米大斑病的生理小种。为明确市场玉米品种对各区化小种的抗性情况,对22个玉米品种进行了田间菌株接种,并鉴定了其抗病性。结果表明,山西省当前种植的玉米品种对玉米大斑病的抗性水平极低,高感病品种占4.5%,高抗病品种占13.6%。
Corn leaf blight samples were collected in main regions of Shanxi(Yuncheng, Xinzhou and South-east of Shanxi).By the test on the identification cultivars, results showed that more than 3 physiological races including n,0,123n appeared. To clear the market of maize varieties in the districts of physiological races, the resistance of 22 maize varieties to train of corn leaf blight was detected. The results showed that current planting maize varieties in Shanxi Province turcicum on maize resistance to very low levels. The ratio of highly infection cultivars was ,4.5% and the highly resistant cultivars were 13.6%.
