摘要 随着肿瘤学领域的不断研究进展以及目前肿瘤学专科医生紧缺的社会现状,使得对肿瘤学专业人才的培养提出了更多更高的要求。高等医学专业院校在校生是充实临床肿瘤学专业队伍的主要人群,他们对肿瘤学知识技能的掌握效果是其以后能否胜任临床工作的关键因素,这就对临床肿瘤学教学的实效性提出了迫切的要求。而目前我国临床肿瘤学教学现状滞后于学科的发展,已不能满足临床工作的需求。高等医学专业院校可以通过让学生初步树立多学科综合治疗观念,训练其循证医学思维,注重个体化治疗,强化临床实践,改进教学方法,利用网络技术加强学生自学能力,提升教师素质等手段来促进临床肿瘤学教学实效性,使学生能全面、准确地认识、掌握肿瘤学的临床诊治基本原则,了解肿瘤学领域的最新进展及前沿信息,培养出更多高素质的医学人才,以满足现代肿瘤学发展需求。 With the progress in the field of oncology and the urgent demand for oncology specialists, the trains of oneology talents has been put forward higher requirements. The college students in reading of higher medical colleges is the main crowd to en- rich the clinical oneology professional team, their mastery of knowledge and skills in oncology can be a key factor to whether will being competent for their clinical work in the future, so it has put forward an urgent demand on teaching effectiveness of clinical oneology. At present, clinical oneology teaching situation in our country lags behind the development of discipline, has been unable to meet the needs of clinical work. Higher medical colleges should let the students establish a comprehensive treatment concept, train their thinking mode of evidence-based medicine, pay attention to individual treatment, strengthen the clinical practice, reform teaching method, use network technology to strengthen students' self-study ability, improve teachers' quality and other means to promote oncology teaching effectiveness, enable the students to understand and master the clinical diagnosis and treatment basic principles of clinical oncology accurately, keep abreast of the new development and latest information in the field of oncology, and foster more high- quality medical talents to meet the development needs of modern oneology.
