摘要
当前,开放大学都以服务区域经济发展为己任,但在企业教育市场往往受到冷遇。一个重要原因在于提供的课程与企业教育实际需要相脱节,教学与考核方式单一,已不满足转型期企业教育的迫切要求。对开放大学课程建设研究现状、存在问题和发展趋势进行梳理,从企业教育课程需求出发,以校企合作视角,基于协同创新理论设计校企联盟课程建设平台架构,探索校企合作共建共享课程资源机制,为开放大学课程的建设与应用提供一些可操作性的建议。
Nowadays,the Open Universities all regard serving the regional economic development as their missions;however, they are unpopular in the enterprise education market.The important reason lies in the curriculums provided are alienated from the actual needs of enterprise education,and teaching and assessment methods are too single,which cannot meet the urgent demand of enterprise education during its transformation period.Firstly,the research status,existing problems,and development trend of course construction in Open Universities are analyzed;then,the course construction platform with the cooperation of school-enterprise is built based on collaborative innovation theory,and last but not least,the co-construction and sharing mechanism of curriculum resources based on school-enterprise cooperation is explored,which provide some operational advices for the construction and application of the Open University courses.
