摘要
目的探讨眼钝挫伤前房积血的护理措施。方法随机选取2010年1月—2012年4月在该院接受治疗的眼钝挫伤致前房积血患者67例,对所有患者在入院治疗后在常规治疗的基础上给予加强健康教育、日常生活护理。结果Ⅰ级例前房积血患者经过药物等保守治疗积血很快得到吸收,Ⅱ级前房积血患者经药物等保守治疗5~6d后积血基本吸收,Ⅲ级前房积血患者进行前房冲洗手术。结论在眼钝挫伤前房积血患者治疗过程中,加以护理,可以有效促使患者能够积极配合治疗,以确保治疗效果。
