摘要
长庆油田属于典型的"三低"油田,如何在高效开发的同时最大限度的降低生产成本,已成为长庆在发展过程中不断探索的重要环节。本文以长庆油田公司下发的《钻采工程方案》为指导,对于其中的机械采油篇章进行深入研究,以安83区块为例,通过对该区块生产参数进行合理优化,探索出一套适应胡尖山油田各大区块的参数优化方法,对于单井参数优化设计、油田的高效开发、节能降耗具有理论指导意义。
