摘要
首次从翻白叶 Potentilla griffithii Hook.f.var.velutina Card.全草的甲醇提取物中分得 6个化合物 ,分别为黄酮苷和三萜类化合物。经光谱及化学方法分别鉴定为翻白叶苷 A(potengriffioside A, )、委陵菜酸(torm entic acid, )、野蔷薇苷 (rosamultin, )、euscaphic acid( )、kaji- ichigoside F1 ( )、2 4- deoxy- sericoside( )。其中化合物 为新化合物 ,其结构为山柰酚 - 3- O- β- D- 6 - O- (对羟基桂皮酰基 ) -吡喃葡萄糖苷〔kaempferol- 3-O-β- D - 6 - O- (p- hydroxycinnam oyl) - glucopyranoside〕。
A new flavone glycoside named potengriffioside A (Ⅰ) together with five known triterpenoids——tormentic acid (Ⅱ), rosamultin (Ⅲ), euscaphic acid (Ⅳ), kaji-ichigoside F 1 (Ⅴ) and 24-deoxy-sericoside (Ⅵ) were isolated from the methanol extract of the whole plant of Potentilla griffithii Hook f var velutina Card (Rosaceae) for the first time Based on spectroscopic and chemical evidences, the structure of potengriffioside A (Ⅰ) was elucidated as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-6-O-(p-hydroxycinnamoyl) glucopyranoside
