摘要
目的:探讨功能性消化不良患者的焦虑抑郁情绪现状和影响因素。方法:选用2010年5月至2012年5月在我院消化内科住院治疗的36例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,采用根据文献总结的功能性消化不良患者的焦虑抑郁情绪可能影响因素编制的自编问卷、抑郁自评量表(Self-RatingAnxiety Scale,SAS)和焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)对符合本研究纳入标准和排除标准的患者进行测评。结果:36例功能性消化不良患者焦虑平均标准分和抑郁平均标准分分别为(53.48±2.57)分和(54.42±2.82)分,焦虑抑郁发生率分别为52.78%和55.56%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示患者对疾病认识程度高是功能性消化不良患者出现焦虑抑郁情绪的保护因素,女性是功能性消化不良患者出现焦虑情绪的危险因素,高龄是功能性消化不良患者出现抑郁情绪的危险因素,经济压力大是功能性消化不良患者出现焦虑抑郁情绪的危险因素。结论:功能性消化不良患者焦虑情绪普遍存在,其焦虑抑郁情绪受多方面因素的影响,我们应采取针对性的干预措施减少功能性消化不良患者焦虑抑郁情绪的出现。
Objective： To investigate anxiety and depression status and its influential factors in patients with functional dyspepsia. Method： The clinical data of 36 patients with functional dyspepsia who were trea- ted in the department of gastroenterology in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were collected, they were surveyed by the self-made general data questionnaire,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS ） and Self-Rat- ing depression Scale（SDS）. Result： The mean scores of anxiety and depression were （53.48_＋2.57 ） and （ 54.42_＋2.82 ） ,the overall prevalence of anxiety and depression was 52.78% and 55.56% in patients with functional dyspepsia,respectively. Multivariate logistic analysis indicated that fully understanding the related knowledge of functional dyspepsia had a protective effect on anxiety and depression, female and old were risk factors for anxiety,respectively,and economic pressures was risk factor for anxiety and depression. Conclu- sion： The anxiety and depression is common in patients with functional dyspepsia and affected by many fac- tors,we should take appropriate preventive measures in accordance with the patient＇s specific situation to re- duce the occurrence of anxiety and depression in patients with functional dyspepsia.
