摘要
针对数控车床批量加工零件时存在的缺陷,设计了一种结构简单、易于实现的自动送料装置,构建了该装置的总体结构,实现了支撑部分、主杆部分、副杆部分、传动部分的设计,并分析了使用过程中注意的问题。经过实践操作,该装置在提高劳动生产率、提高产品质量、降低劳动强度等方面具有积极意义,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
According to the defect of the numerical control machine when lot processing, a automatic feed device which has simply structure and realized easily was designed in this article, and the overall structure of the device was builded, and the support part, main stem part, deputy stem part, transmission part was designed, and the problems which were attended in processing was analyzed. Through the prac- tice operation, the device has positive significance in improving labor productivity, improving product quality, and reducing labor intensity, and has good economic benefit and social benefit.
