摘要
党的十八大明确提出建设学习型马克思主义执政党的目标,高校扎实推进学习型党组织建设,建立健全长效机制既是一项长期而持久的战略任务,又是一项复杂而艰巨的系统工程。本文分析了高校学习型党组织常态化建设的必要性及存在的主要问题,探讨了推动高校学习型党组织常态化建设的主要路径。
