摘要
以 2 吡咯烷酮为母体化合物 ,设计合成了 7个 (2 氧 ) 1 吡咯烷乙酰胺衍生物 ,其中 6个未见文献报道 ,其结构经元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱及理化性质确证。
With 2 pyrrolidone as a lead compound, 7 derivatives of (2 oxo) 1 pyrrolidineacetamide were designed and synthesized,with 6 of them newly reported.Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,MS spectra and 1HNMR.
