摘要
体形系数是制定我国建筑节能设计标准的基础。从1986年颁布的第一部节能设计标准到最新的标准,均将体形系数作为重要的规定性指标之一。但是欧美国家的建筑节能标准或规范均未将此列入标准或规范,关于研究建筑物体形系数与建筑节能之间关系的文献也很少。通过热工学原理推演发现,体形系数与建筑节能考核指标之间的关系需要附加前提条件。并且在采暖或空调系统部分空间、部分时间运行状态下,体形系数与节能考核指标之间并没有必然的关系。将体形系数作为考核建筑围护结构特性的规定性指标是不准确的。如果需要一个参数表达建筑形体特征与建筑能耗之间关系,外表面积与建筑面积之比这一无量纲参数更能准确表达这种关系。建议在今后的规范修订中予以修改。
Shape coefficient of building is the basis of design standards for energy efficiency of buildings in China.It has been one of the key prescriptive requirements in the first and latest design standards for energy efficiency of buildings.However,shape coefficient of building is not included in energy standard or codes for buildings in the U.S.A.and European countries,few literatures on this factor have been found.The relationship between the shape coefficient of building and energy efficiency has certain prerequisites by deduction of thermal calculations,thus it is not accurate to relate shape coefficient with energy efficient issues.If a coefficient is needed,the ratio of building envelope area to build ing floor area should be more suitable.And a revise in future design standards for energy efficiency of buildings is suggested.
