摘要
目的:观察舒筋汤对膝关节前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤后关节镜下自体肌腱移植重建术后的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成二组,常规治疗组(对照组)以及常规治疗合舒筋汤组(综合组),对照组单纯在关节镜术后给予常规抗感染、镇痛及早期康复功能锻炼(术后常规治疗),综合组在术后常规治疗的基础上使用舒筋汤熏洗,四周为1疗程,治疗1个疗程后,随访2个月。结果:治疗后两组的中医证候积分及HSS评分均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。综合组中医证候积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);综合组HSS膝关节功能评分中疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力及稳定性5项得分高于对照组(P<0.05);随访结束后综合治疗组的证候积分及HSS评分均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。综合组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋汤结合ACL损伤后关节镜下自体肌腱移植重建术后常规治疗可显著改善临床症状,并促进膝关节功能恢复。
Objective： To observe the postoperative effects of Shujin Decoction on the anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） injury after the reconstruction of arthroscopic tendon transplantation.Method： A total of 60 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,the treatment group,treated with postoperative conventional therapy,including conventional anti-infection,analgesia and functional exercise for early rehabilitation,combining with the fumigation of Shujin Decoction,and the control group,treated with postoperative conventional therapy merely.A period of the treatment involves 4 weeks.A two-month-follow up will be given after a period.Result：TCM syndrome integrals and HSS scores of the two groups after treatments were improved significantly than those before（P0.05）.TCM syndrome integrals of treatment group showed an improvement,which was superior to the results of control group（P0.05）.The scores of pain,function,mobility,strength and stability in HSS of treatment group were higher than the results of control group（P0.05）.TCM syndrome integrals and HSS scores from treatment group after the follow up were improved significantly than the results from control group（P0.05）.The curative effects of treatment group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： There is a significant improvement in the clinical symptoms after treating with a combination of Shujin decoction and postoperative conventional therapy for the reconstruction of arthroscopic tendon transplantation of the anterior cruciate ligament（ACL） injury.This combinative treatment can also promote the functional recovery of the knee.
