摘要
在体育职业化与商业化逐渐成为当代体育发展的主题时,作为其中主要意识形态的体育道德也在社会环境的浸染中出现了错位与迷失。基于对体育道德失范行为表现的剖析,认为缺乏传统道德的积淀、缺乏体育精神的唤醒、缺乏人之为本的诉求、缺乏约束机制的完善是其失范根源所在。提出重塑以"诚实守信"为核心价值的体育伦理原则,构建以"体育精神"为核心价值的体育伦理文化,坚持以"以人为本"为核心价值的理念,完善以"法道共治"为核心价值的体育伦理制度等伦理救援策略。
As sports professionalization and commercialization gradually becomes the theme of modern sport development,sport morals as the major ideology therein are misplaced or lost in the dying in the social environment.Based on their analysis of sport moral anomie behavior expressions,the authors concluded that the lack of the accumulation of traditional morals,the lack of the arousing of sport spirits,the lack of people oriented appeals,and the lack of the perfection of restraint mechanisms,were fundamental reasons for sport moral anomie.Based on the said conclusion,the authors put forward the following ethic rescue strategies： rebuild the sport ethic principle which bases its core value on ＂honesty and trustworthiness＂;establish a sport ethic culture which bases its core value on ＂sport spirits＂;stick to the conception which bases its core value on ＂people oriented＂ management;perfect the sport ethic system which bases its core value on ＂legal and moral co-governance＂.
