海藻降压活性成分及作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 海藻是一味常用的中药材。近年来,国内外对其降压活性成分及作用机制研究日趋活跃。目前认为海藻主要降压成分有褐藻多酚、类胡萝卜素、降血压肽和氨基酸。海藻降压机制有多个方面,包括影响肾素-血管紧张素系统和血管内皮细胞相关因子、激动M胆碱受体、非内皮依赖性血管舒张作用。文章对海藻降压活性成分和作用机制进行综述,以促进海藻研究的开展及临床上更好地应用。 Sargassum is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. In recent years, the potential antihypertensive effect of this plant has been increasingly appreciated. It has demonstrated that the major components responsible for the antihypertensive effect of Sargassum are phlorotannin, carotenoid, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory peptides and amino acid. The underlying antihypertensive mechanisms of Sargassum include influencing renin-angiotensin-system and related factor of vascular endothelial cells, inhibiting certain genes invoked in inflammation, agitating M cholinergic receptor, endothelium-independent relaxation. This paper reviews the current progress on antihypertensive components and the underlying mechanisms of Sargassum, the purpose of which is to deepen the relevant study of Sargassum and facilitate its clinical use.
