摘要
目的探讨流程重组对提高静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)退药工作质量和效率的作用。方法运用业务流程重组的理念和方法,对原有退药流程进行重组,同时规范退药制度,加强人员培训。比较流程重组前后电子退药处方数。结果流程重组后原时间点退药比例下降,月均电子退药处方比例显著低于流程重组前(P<0.01)。结论流程重组有利于工作量的合理分配,可降低电子退药处方数。
Objective To explore the role of business process reengineering in improving quality and efficiency of drug return in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS). Methods We reengineered drug return procedure by using the concepts and methods of business process reengineering, regulated drug return system, and strengthened personnel training. Results Drug return proportion was decreased after implementing the new drug return procedure, and the monthly average rate of electronic prescription of drug return was statistically reduced (P^0.01). Conclusion Process reengineering is helpful to allocate workload appropriately, and effectively reduce electronic prescription of drug return.
