渣油加氢反应器径向温差大原因分析及改进措施 被引量:7

摘要 采取更换反应器分配器和优化操作控制措施,对3.1 Mt/a渣油加氢装置进行了改造。结果表明,将所有反应器入口分配器更换为CLG喷射式,则每台反应器最大径向温差由改造前的约50℃降低到改造后的4~7℃。此外,渣油中硫、氮、残炭和金属(Ni与V)的脱除率平稳且有所提高,依次约为80%,35%,40%,60%。 In accordance with the problem of large radial temperature difference in residue hydrotreating reactors, the revamping of changing original feed distributors for CLG jet models of all reactors, and the optimization of operating conditions were performed in a 3.1 Mt/a residue hydrotreating unit. The results showed that after the revamping, the maximum radial temperature difference decreased from about 50 ℃( before revamping) to 4 - 7℃ for each reactor, and the removal rate of sulfur, nitrogen, carbon residue and metal ( Ni + V) in residual oil increased steadily to about 80% , 35% ,40% and 60% respectively.
