摘要
目的评价成年肱骨远端粉碎性骨折不同角度双钢板固定的疗效。方法将46例肱骨远端粉碎性骨折患者分为A、B 2组,A组采用垂直双钢板固定,B组采用平行双钢板固定,2组患者均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路。结果术后平均随访时间28个月,采用肘关节功能评分(MEPS),优良率A组为77.27%,B组为83.33%。结论尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,平行双钢板固定治疗成年肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效略优于垂直双钢板固定。
Objective Explore adults distal humerus comminuted fracture efficacy evaluation of the different angle plate fixation. Methods Distal humerus comminuted frac＇ture 46 cases, divided into A, B two groups, A group of the vertical double plate fixed, B group adopts parallel double plate fixed, all use the ulna olecranon cut bone into the road, the fracture after double plate respectively to vertical and parallel fixed. Results The average follow-up time and months, the elbow MEPS function score, group A was 77.27%, the group B was 83.33%. Conclusion The ulna olecranon cut bone into the road, adopts parallel double plate fixed treatment between adult humerus condyles comminuted fracture, fracture fixed firmly, mechanics performance is stable, beneficial to the early elbow function exercise, slightly better than the double plate fixed vertical method
