基于模糊层次分析法的造船门式起重机腐蚀或磨损结构缺陷安全评估 被引量:4

摘要 以造船门式起重机主要结构缺陷之一的腐蚀或磨损为例,分析了造船门式起重机结构腐蚀和机构磨损的成因、主要形式及其危害,基于模糊层次分析法建立了腐蚀或磨损对造船门式起重机安全的影响安全评价指标体系,构造了腐蚀或磨损的模糊综合评价矩阵,提出了腐蚀或磨损评定准则,并组织专家对该起重机的腐蚀或磨损情况进行定性和定量化安全评价,得出了安全等级,经过实际工程验证该方法具有较强的可行性和合理性。 With main structural defects of shipbuilding gantry crane-corrosion or wear as examples,the paper analyzes the causes,major forms,and hazards of structural corrosion and wear on shipbuilding gantry crane.The safety evaluation index system concerning the impact of corrosion or wear on the crane safety is built based on the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process,with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix structured and corrosion or wear evaluation criteria proposed;the qualitative and quantitative safety evaluation is performed for corrosion or wear conditions of such crane by some experts,with safety level figured out.Through verification in practical engineering,the above-mentioned method is of significant feasibility and reasonability.
