摘要
为了减少集装箱列车在站停留时间,提高集装箱装卸机械的利用率,将集装箱装卸作业过程中的轨道式集装箱门式起重机、集装箱卡车以及集装箱正面吊运机的数量配置作为优化对象,分析了3种装卸机械的作业流程,通过0-1整数规划,建立了设备配置优化模型,考虑各装卸运输机械之间衔接的等待约束,通过Matlab进行计算,对装卸设备利用率与作业时间分别进行讨论,对算例求解验证,结果表明,轨道式集装箱门式起重机、站内集装箱卡车、集装箱正面吊运机比例为4:3:2时装卸效率最高且作业时间较短,该优化配置具有一定的可操作性。
To reduce waiting time of the container train in the station,and improve the utilization of container handling equipment,the quantity configuration of the rail-mounted crane,truck and reachstacker during the container handling operation is taken as the optimal object in the paper,to analyze the working flow of the three kinds of handling equipment and build the configuration optimal model by 0-1 integer programming;considering the wait restraint between different handling equipment,the utilization of handling equipment and their operating time are discussed separately through Matlab calculation,for the purpose of resolving the numerical exampleand verification.The result shows that when the quantity ratio of rail-mounted crane,truck and reachstacker is 432,the handling efficiency is the highest and working time short,which is the operable optimal configuration.
