鸡传染性支气管炎病毒变异机制及致弱方法研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 因鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)基因组RNA聚合酶缺乏校正功能和其特有的套式转录方式,IBV容易发生变异,导致新的变异毒株不断出现,使现有的疫苗难以完全满足预防的需要,这就要求根据流行特点不断研究新的疫苗。根据IBV的变异机制,利用鸡胚连续传代、改变生长温度和基因工程方法可人工获得致弱的IBV毒株,为研究IBV弱毒疫苗毒株奠定基础。论文就近几年来IBV的变异情况及致弱方法研究进展做一综述,为更好的预防IBV提供参考。 Due to lack of correction function and unique transcription way of IBV genome RNA polymerase, the virus is easy variation, resulting in constant appearance of new IBV variant and makes the current vac- cines difficult to fully satisfy the prevention. Therefore, the candidate vaccine should be researched based on different popular strain characteristics. According to the variation of IBV mechanism, using passage in embryonated eggs, changing temperature of the growth and gene engineering method can make attenuated IBV for the research of IBV attenuated vaccine. The paper reviewed the variation of IBV and attenuated method research progress in recent years to lay the foundation for better control IBV.
