摘要
目的探索消除维生素C注射液细菌内毒素检查的干扰方法。方法按2010年版《中国药典》二部附录细菌内毒素检查法进行试验。结果与结论不同厂家的鲎试剂对维生素C注射液的细菌内毒素检查结果不同。采用pH值调节法和供试品稀释法均能去除干扰。
OBJECTIVE To establish a diffusion method to remove the obstruction for Bacterial Endotoxins Test of Vitamin C injection.METHODS Experiment was conducted according to Bacteria Endotoxins Test in Chinese Phamacopeia 10,VolumeⅡ.RESULTS and CONCLUSION TAL from different manufaturers used in Bacterial Endotoxins Test for the Vitamin C injection may produce different results.The method of dilution and pH modulation can remove the obstruction.
