摘要
人力资本是地区经济发展的内在动力,加强人力资本的开发,提升少数民族地区人力资源质量,对促进经济发展和社会和谐意义重大。应当在教育、卫生、文化、培训等各方面服务中,强化少数民族地区的人力资本投入,实现有效的人力资源运用。
Human capital is internal power of regional economic development. To intesify develoevelopment ot human capital, raise quality of human resources in the minority concentrated region is of great significance to economic development and a harmonious social relation. We should increase investment in human capital in the minority concentrated region, and realize effective application of human resources in many aspects such as education, public health, culture, training, and so on.
