摘要
开放跨境人民币资金集合管理业务,将有利于提高跨国企业集团全球资金管理效率,降低融资成本,扩大人民币跨境使用,促进人民币国际化,因此建议有关部门完善相关管理政策,在防控风险的基础上,加快此类业务开放步伐,从业务准入、跨境资金规模调控、非现场监管等方面加强管理。
It is of vital importance to open up the business of RMB cross-border centralized management.It is conducive to promoting the management efficiency of the global funds of multinational companies,lowering the financing cost and extending the cross-border use of RMB for the liberalization of RMB.The thesis suggests that regulation needs to be improved in terms of admittance,scale control of cross-border RMB and non-spot monitoring while such businesses should become more open with respect to risk control.
