摘要
液压支架是煤矿机械化综合采煤的核心装备,而密封技术是液压支架的关键技术,密封技术的好坏将直接影响液压支架的工作质量和寿命。近几年,随着煤矿产量的不断提高,液压支架可靠性要求越来越高,立柱和千斤顶所用的密封件的质量要求也越来越高,现在,大部分的高档液压支架都采用了进口材质的密封件。介绍了液压密封原理和密封材料性能要求以及几种常见的进口材质密封,实例分析进口材质密封失效原因,并提出了具体的解决办法。
Hydraulic support is the core of the comprehensive mechanized coal mining equipment,and sealing technology is the core technology of the hydraulic support.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the coal mine production,hydraulic support reliability requirements more and more high,post and jack used seal quality requirements also more and more high,recently,most of the highgrade hydraulic support is adopted imported material of seal.This article describes a hydraulic the sealing principle and performance requirements of the sealing material,as well as several common imported materials sealed instance analysis of imported materials to seal failure,and propose specific solutions.
