摘要
目的 :分析颅内囊性病变的神经内窥镜手术方法及效果。方法 :应用 wolf硬质神经内窥镜治疗颅内囊性病变 12例 ,其中颅咽管瘤 3例 ,透明隔囊肿 2例 ,蛛网膜囊肿 7例。结果 :临床症状改善 12例 (10 0 % ) ,影像检查改善 11例 (92 % )。结论 :神经内窥镜手术是治疗颅内囊性病变的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of neuroendoscopic treatment of intracranial cystic lesions. Methodes:12 patients treated by WOLF rigid neuroendoscopy for cyst, include 3 cases of craniopharyngioma, 9 cases of arachnoid cyst. Results:In the 12 cases, the clinical conditions of patients improved (100%). In the 11 cases, the radiological conditions of patients improved. Conclusions: Neuroendoscopy is a very effective and safe method to treat intracranial cystic lesions.
