摘要
教育实习是教师教育的重要组成部分,是培养教学能力的一门综合性实践课程,然而地方综合性院校教育实习存在的一些问题,制约了教育实习的发展。对比国外教育实习,分析地方综合性院校教育实习存在的问题,提出了提高地方综合性院校教育实习质量的对策。
Educational practice is an important part of education, which is a comprehensive practice course ai- ming to develop the teaching abilities. However, there are some problems in carrying out the educational practice in Local Comprehensive Universities, which restrict the development of educational practice. By comparing foreign edu- cational practice,the present article analyses these problems, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to im- prove the quality of educational practice.
