摘要
目的建立七味红花殊胜散质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中诃子、獐牙菜进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中羟基红花黄色素A进行定量测定,光电二极管阵列检测器,色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK MGC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(30∶70),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为403 nm,柱温为30℃。结果薄层色谱能定性检出诃子、獐牙菜,斑点清晰,且阴性对照无干扰。羟基红花黄色素A在0.304~2.280μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,加样回收率为97.92%,RSD=0.94%。结论本方法操作简便、专属性、重复性好,可有效控制七味红花殊胜散的质量。
Objective To set up the quality standard of Qiwei Safflower Shushen Powder.Methods TLC was used for identification of Terminalia chebula Retz and Swertia Bimaculata.The content of hydroxyl safflower yellow-A was determined by HPLC,with PDAD detecter and the detection wavelength set at 403 nm.The column was CAPCELL PAK MG C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric(30 ∶70),and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature maintained at 30 ℃.Results TLC could detect qualitatively Terminalia chebula Retz and Swertia Bimaculata.The spots were clear and the negative controls were not interfered.Hydroxyl safflower yellow-A presented a good linear realationship in the range of 0.304-2.280 μg(r =0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.92%,RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion The method is simple in operation.The results are accurate,reliable and good in reproducibility.The method can effectively control the quality of Qiwei Safflower Shushen Powder.
