渤海湾近岸海域氮磷营养盐和浮游生物的数值模拟 被引量:4

Numerical simulation of Nitrogen-Phosphorus nutrients and plankton ecosystem in the coastal waters of Bohai Bay

摘要 该文基于渤海湾的海洋动力学特性和浮游生态系统特性,建立了模拟营养盐和浮游生物的生态水动力学模型,该模型包括水动力学子模型和生态系统子模型。生态系统子模型的变量是溶解无机氮DIN、溶解无机磷DIP、浮游植物PPT和浮游动物ZPT。营养盐的边界条件除陆源的输入外,还考虑了沉积物和上覆水间营养盐的交换。生态系统子模型的部分参数由文献和实验室实验得出,部分参数用2005年渤海湾监测资料率定。并用2006年渤海湾赤潮监控区实测资料对模型进行了验证,计算结果与实测资料基本吻合,但比率定结果稍差,这体现了模型参数的时间差异性。验证结果表明该文通过参数率定的方法建立的模型,对模拟渤海湾近岸海域无机氮磷营养盐和浮游生物的中短期变化趋势具有可行性。同时,验证结果表明营养盐在沉积物和上覆水间交换通量的空间差异性可能对变量空间分布的计算结果有影响,在缺乏陆源输入的外海,沉积物中营养盐的交换对水体中的营养盐浓度的变化可能有更重要的作用。 In this paper, based on the study of the hydrodynamic characteristics and the plankton ecosystem characteristics of Bohai Bay, an ecologic-hydrodynamic model was set up to simulate the N, P nutrients and plankton ecosystem in the coastalwaters of Bohai Bay. The model was composed of two sub models: a hydrodynamic sub-model and an ecosystem sub-model. The variables of the ecosystem sub-model included dissolved inorganic nitrogen DIN, dissolved inorganic phosphorus DIP, phytoplankton PPT and zooplankton ZPT. The nutrient exchange between the bottom sediment and the water layer was included as a source of nutrients in the model. The model parameters were calibrated by using the field measured data of 2005. And by using the 2006 field measured data the model was verified. The results of verification showed that good agreements each other, although not as good as that achieved in the calibration stage, which demonstrated the effects of the temporal variations of the parameters. However, the verification results indicated that the model established in this paper through parameter calibration could provide a sufficient tool for predicting the middle-short term trends of the inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and the plankton in the waters of this area. Meanwhile, the verification results showed that the spatial variations of the nutrient exchange flux between the sediment and overlying water may have an impact on the concentration distribution of the model variables. Off the coast, where land-based nutrient input is lacking, the nutrient exchange between sediments and the overlying water may have a greater effect on the distributions of the nutrients.
