摘要
目的分析该院儿科门诊处方点评前后的合格率及服务效果。方法于2011年1-6月处方点评前及2012年1-6月处方点评后每月随机抽取处方200张,点评前后均为1200张,计算处方点评前后的合格率,不良反应率及医疗纠纷投诉率;在每月中旬进行满意度调查,每月在门诊发放调查问卷50份,共300份,计算处方点评前后的满意度。结果处方点评后的不规范处方数、不适宜处方数及超常处方数均低于处方点评前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。处方点评后合格率为89.50%高于点评前的78.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。处方点评后不良反应率及医疗投诉率均低于点评前,满意度高于处方点评前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实行处方点评制度后,不但能使儿科门诊处方质量明显提高,且能减少药物不良反应、医疗纠纷,同时提高了患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analysis the percent of pass and the results of services before and after the prescription comment of outpatient pediatric.Methods Satisfaction survey was taken in the middle of each month before and after the prescription comment.300 copies of questionnaire were collected from outpatient,each month of 50 copies of questionnaire.Calculate the satisfaction before and after the prescription comment.1200 pieces of prescription extracted randomly were make up of 200 pieces per month.Calculate the percent of pass,adverse reaction and the medical disputes complaint rate of prescription.Results The munber of non-standard prescription,not suitable for prescription and extraordinary prescription was less than those befor prdscription review,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The percent of pass after prescription comment（89.50%） was higher than that before prescription comment（78.67%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.The incidence of adverse reaction and medical complaints after prescription comment were lower than those before prescription comment,the satisfaction after prescription comment was higher than that before prescription comment,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The implement of prescription comment can improve the quality of prescription of outpatient pediatric,reduce the adverse reaction and the medical disputes,improve the satisfaction.Worthy of clinical application.
