受体因素对肉羊胚胎移植效果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 试验研究了季节、年龄、供受体发情同步差、受体营养状况、移植方法和受体卵巢上卵泡对胚胎移植效果的影响。结果表明:季节对受体羊胚胎移植效果的影响较大,秋冬季节(9—12月份)受胎率(58.4%)高于夏季(6—8月份)受胎率(42.6%);卵巢不同黄体个数对妊娠率有一定影响,有1个黄体的受体羊移植妊娠率为53.4%,有2~3个黄体受体羊移植妊娠率为52.9%,两组妊娠率差异不显著(P>0.05);供受体发情同步差在-12h、0h、12h时移植受体羊的妊娠率分别为72.5%、69.7%和63.3%,显著高于±24h移植受体羊的妊娠率(48.0%)(P<0.05),但在0 h和±12 h同步差时移植差异不显著(P>0.05)。受体的营养状况对妊娠率有显著影响,中上等(含中等)营养水平受体羊的妊娠率(63.0%)显著高于中下等受体羊的妊娠率(57.4%)(P<0.05);采用腹腔镜技术移植胚胎的受胎率(61.9%)略高于手术法(61.1%),但差异不显著(P>0.05);受体卵巢上存在一级黄体并有卵泡的移植妊娠率为53.8%,无卵泡受体羊的移植妊娠率为62.2%,但二者间差异不显著(P>0.05)。
