摘要
在对现场综采面粉尘产尘工序和产尘地点进行分析的基础上,确定了综采面喷雾降尘系统的组成和形式。在实验室利用马尔文激光雾粒测试仪对G型高压喷嘴在不同喷雾压力条件下的雾粒分布进行了测定,结合综采面生产时的粉尘粒度分布测定结果,得到了最佳喷雾降尘工作压力。采用设计的喷雾降尘系统后,在最佳工作压力条件下,综采面生产时总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率分别达89%和87%以上,降尘效果明显。综采面的粉尘污染得到了较好的解决,作业环境得以大大改善。
On the basis of analyzing the dust producing process and location in fully-mechanized working face, the composition and form of the spray and dust suppression system were determined. In addition, the size distribution of particles sprayed from G typed high-pressure spray nozzle at various spray pressure was measured with Malvem Spraytec in laboratory. In combination with.the dust particle size distribution measured in the fully-mechanized working face, the optimum spray pressure was obtained. After the designed spray and dust suppression system being applied, the total dust and the respirable dust collection efficiency respectively reached up to 89% and 87% at the optimum spray pressure. The excellent dust suppression effects were obtained, and the dust pollution in the fully mechanized working face was effectively restrained, thus the working environment got greatly improved.
