摘要
以苏泊尔集团作为实证分析对象,通过优化竞争能力指标体系和获取相关数据,运用改进雷达图分析法,以可视化的方式定性与定量地分析了苏泊尔集团和其竞争对手的能力;并基于企业所处环境与自身情况,运用迈克尔.波特总结的3种竞争战略模式,为企业制定合理的竞争策略,意在探讨竞争情报分析模式,以帮助中小企业制定科学的竞争策略。
Taking SUPOR Group as the object of empirical analysis,and by optimizing the competitive capacity index system and obtaining relevant data,this paper uses the improved radar map analysis method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the capabilities of SUPOR Group and its competitors in a visualized way.And based on the enterprise environment and its own situation,the paper uses the 3 models of competitive strategy summarized by Michael Potter to formulate the reasonable competitive strategies for the enterprise.The paper intends to explore the analytical modes of competitive intelligence,and help the small and medium-sized enterprises to formulate scientific competitive strategies.
