摘要
Ir-Ta钛阳极有比较低的析氧电位和长的使用寿命,在金属电沉积方面有明显优势。在旋流电解过程中,由于高流速和微小沉积物等对阳极的冲击很大,很容易造成阳极失效。通过在Ir-Ta钛阳极涂层中添加Ru改变其性能,可以提高钛阳极的使用寿命。
Because low oxygen evolution potential and long service life, the Ir-Ta titanium anodes have inherent advantages in metal electrodeposition. But in the process of rotational flow electrodeposition of metals, due to the impact of high electrolyte velocity and tiny sediments, the anodes easy lose effictiveness. By adding Ru to change Ir-Ta titanium anode coating performance, the serve life of the titanium anode for rotational flow electrodeposition of metals can be increased.
