摘要
目的《中医体质分类与判定》标准自2009年4月颁布起,在全国试点单位广泛使用已逾4年。通过调研了解该标准的应用情况,进一步提高该标准的灵敏度和贡献度,探讨该标准修改的必要性并对修改方向提供建议和思路。方法以《中医体质分类与判定》标准下的"体质量表"为具体研究对象,向全国103家"治未病"中心发放体质量表使用意见调查表并汇总反馈意见,向相关学科专家就体质量表的结构和内容进行意见征询,向普通民众进行体质量表使用意见问卷调查,并用统计学的方法研究调查数据。结果通过对"治未病"中心收回的30份调查意见,体质量表的整体结构普遍为人们所接受,字词的不易理解为本项调查最主要的反映问题。对相关专家的现场咨询表明,体质量表的内容效度与结构效度达到了量表需要的水平,可在不改变原有结构的前提下,缩减条目数量,修改某些条目的描述方式,简化体质类型的计算方法。对普通民众被调查者的问卷调查发现年龄和学历差异会影响大多数人对问卷的填写、计算以及对判断结果的理解,结果经统计分析具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论《中医体质分类与判定》标准经过几年来在全国的推广使用,虽受到社区医院、治未病中心和国家中医药管理局的一致好评,但医院、普通民众以及相关领域专家均对该标准在条目结构及词句使用上提出了不同程度的修改意见和使用回馈,结果显示对《中医体质分类与判定》标准进行部分修改调整是可行而且必要的。
Objective The standard of Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM has been published in April, 2009 and applied in national test units for 4 years. The paper investigated the revise necessity of the standard and provided suggestions and thinking train for revise direction through surveying the application of the standard. The purpose is to further improve the sensitivity and contribution of the standard. Methods Taken the constitution scale in the standard as specific object, the questionnaire of application suggestion to the scale was issued to 130 national centers of preventive treatment of diseases and the feedback was collected, the reviews on the structure and content of the scale were collected from experts of related disciplines, and questionnaire was issued to common people for collecting the opinions in the application of the scale. All data was analyzed by using statistical method. Results After analyzing 30 pieces of questionnaire collected from national centers of preventive treatment of diseases, the results showed that the total structure of the scale was accepted by common people, but impalpable words were major questions in the scale. The on-site consuhation in related experts showed that the content validity and construct validity reached the level required by the scale, and the numbers of items could be reduced, some describing modes could be changed and calculation method of constitutional types could be simplified. The survey in common people showed that the difference in age and educational degree had influences on filling questionnaire, and calculating and understanding of judging results. The outcomes had significance after statistical analysis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion After spreading and application in national range for several years, the standard of Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM has been well received by community hospitals, centers of preventive treatment of diseases and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. However, hospitals, common people and experts in related disciplines have given necessary to revise and adjust the standard partly. revise suggestions and feedbacks. It is feasible and necessary to revise and adjust the standard partly.
