摘要
目的对医院建设、改建过程中的医院感染风险进行评估,有效降低医院感染发生率。方法根据JCI标准要求,采用美国建筑师联合会(AIA)2001年版的"医院和医疗保健设施计划、施工指南"中针对医院感染风险评估工作制定的实施模板,对医院改造施工过程进行感染风险评估和实施感染控制措施。结果提高了人们对医院建筑施工过程感染控制问题的重视,从而有效提高医院感染管理质量。结论这种医院建筑改造过程感染风险控制的管理方法值得国内同行们借鉴。
Objectives： Assess the infection risks in the process of （re）constructing hospital buildings, and effectively lower the incidence of hospital infection. Methods： Assess and take measures to control the infection risks in the process of （re）constructing hospital buildings, by abiding with corresponding parts in the American Institute of Architects （AIA） Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities issued in 2001, according to the standardized demands of Joint Commission International. Results： More emphasis was recognized on controlling hospital infection over the facilities＇ （re）construction, and the management quality was effectively improved. Conclusions： The risk-control methods are worthwhile as a reference for Chinese colleagues.
