摘要
美国拥有套完整、成功的兽药管理体系,为促进美国兽药产业的发展发挥着重大的作用。本文从法律、法规体系及管理机构两方面简要介绍了美国兽药管理制度,并从法律、法规体系,监督管理体制及技术支撑与服务体系3方面分析了美国兽药管理模式及其优势,旨在通过借鉴美国兽药管理经验的基础上提出对中国兽药管理发展的启示及建议。
The United States has a complete and successful administration system of veterinary drugs,which plays a signifi-cant role in promoting the development of veterinary drug industry in America.This paper briefly introduces the administration system of veterinary drugs in America from 2 aspects of law and regulation system and regula-tory agencies,and analyzes the administration mode of veterinary drugs in America and its advantages of the sys-tem of laws and regulations,supervision and management system and technical support and service system.At last,this paper proposed some suggestions for the development of China’s veterinary drug administrati on based on the above analysis.
