摘要
目的:研制设计野战医疗环境下的检验、检查危急值短信自动发送系统。方法:系统在后台自动运行,首先按照预先设定的危急值规则自动筛选出LIS、PACS中达到危急值标准的检验、检查结果,然后从野战医疗信息系统中获取对应伤员的基本信息及救护人员移动电话号码,组合后形成检验、检查危急值短信写入短信数据库中;安装了短信数据库的服务器通过串口定期自动读取库中的危急值短信,触发短信收发器发送危急值短信到救护人员手机。结果:通过短信自动发送危急值能使救护人员在第一时间获取危急结果,从而实现了即时预警和及时救治。结论:危急值短信自动发送系统进一步完善了野战医疗条件下移动的互动救治应用模式,保证了救治信息传输的及时性和有效性,切实提高了伤员的救治质量。
Objective To design the automatic text message sending system for the critical value in the field clinical examination. Methods The system ran in the background. The pre-set screening rules were used to obtain the critical values in LIS and PACS, and the basic information of the casualty and the phone number of the medical staff were extracted accordingly, then the text message came into being with the above involved and was input into the database. The serial reading of the message was performed by the server with the database, then the transceiver was triggered to send the message to the phone of the medical staff. Results The medical staff was informed of the critical result in time, and thus the immediate prewarning and treatment could be realized. Concluaion The automatic text message sending system for the critical value contributes the in-time and effective treatment information transmission, and the enhanced treatment of the casualty in the field.
